Level 3 Construction to Return to the Historic Hotel Santa Barbara for a Series of Phased Renovations
Level 3 Construction has won a major interior renovation contract at the Hotel Santa Barbara. Awarded by property manager Hendricks Commercial Properties, LLC, this is the second time we’ve been hired for renovation work at the iconic Santa Barbara, California hotel, which was built in 1926 and continues to welcome travelers from around the globe.
The scope of the full project includes updates to the hotel’s 75 guest rooms, as well as enhancements to the its lobby and reception area, as well as other parts of the historic building. We anticipate beginning work onsite this coming April.
