Homewood Suites by Hilton Newark-Fremont – Newark

This renovation initiative aimed to enhance the overall guest experience while minimizing room downtime. Level 3 Construction self-performed all of the interior and exterior work. After gutting the hotel’s 223 guest room bathrooms, we converted most of the shower-tub combos to walk-in showers with white subway tile and chrome plumbing fixtures. We also added a contemporary wall covering. In the guest corridors, we installed new carpet, baseboards, wall vinyl, sconces, and brand-approved artwork, creating a cohesive and inviting aesthetic. Outdoors, we constructed a new BBQ area and installed bistro lighting, bringing both comfort and elegance to the hotel’s patio.
