Celebrating Progress: Level 3 Construction Hosts Topping-Out Party for Our Santee, California Hotel Project
Earlier today, Level 3 Construction hosted a topping-out party at our ground-up hotel project in Santee, California. The event marked the near completion of the building’s structural framework, a key step toward bringing the WoodSpring Suites Santee extended-stay hotel to life. Aaron Packard, senior vice president & director of development, at developer Gold Coast Premier Properties, LLC, and Ian Mahon, founder and CEO of Level 3 Construction, were on site for the event.
This is the second and final WoodSpring Suites being developed by Gold Coast Premier Properties in Southern California. We completed its first location, the WoodSpring Suites Corona, last September. Like its predecessor, the WoodSpring Suites Santee will offer 122 guest suites catering to business and leisure travelers. Each suite will include a kitchen with full refrigerator, comfortable living area with pull-out sofa, desk, wardrobe, one king- or two queen-sized beds, large bathroom, and clean, modern decor. Guests will also enjoy amenities like a fitness center, guest laundry facility, and ample parking.
We expect to complete construction in the fourth quarter of 2025.
