Level 3 Construction Closes in on Completion of South River Village, Oceanside, California’s Latest Affordable Housing Development
Level 3 Construction’s work at South River Village, Oceanside, California’s first off-site affordable housing development, is about 90 percent complete. Once finished, the 37,000 square-foot residential community will consist of a four-story building with 43 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The apartments’ interiors will feature durable LVP flooring and modern finishes. On-site amenities will include a tot lot, community room, laundry room, and 28 parking spots.

Oceanside allows off-site affordable housing developments on a case-by-case basis so long as the location offers appropriate infrastructure and services. South River Village’s location at 4933 North River Road is advantageous because of its proximity to amenities, services, schools, and public transportation, which broadens employment opportunities and increases mobility for residents.
