Level 3 Construction Selected by Mirka Investments to Build a Second Affordable Housing Development in North County San Diego
Level 3 Construction has been named the general contractor of record for a 19-unit affordable housing development to be built at La Costa Town Square in Carlsbad, California. The project is the company’s second for Mirka Investments, a boutique affordable housing developer and manager headquartered in San Diego.

Grading at the La Costa Town Square site, located near the intersection of La Costa Avenue and Calle Timiteo, is already complete. Construction will commence in mid-February with total buildout anticipated to take 12 months. In addition to contemporary finishes, each unit will include the solar infrastructure necessary to help residents keep their electricity costs as low as possible.
