Level 3 Construction Wins Contract to Build Affordable Housing Development in Oceanside, California

Level 3 Construction has been awarded a contract by Mirka Investments, a San Diego-based developer and manager of affordable housing, to build a new development at the northeast corner of College Boulevard and North River Road in Oceanside, California. The development, South River Village, will use Type V slab-on-grade construction with a Spanish Mission-style exterior. Once complete, the four-story building will include 43 affordable units and common areas.
