4141 Santa Monica Blvd., a multi-family home, is located in the Silverlake-Sunset Junction neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was constructed in 1988 and underwent significant renovation work within the past 3 years.
Level 3 Construction completed these apartment units with a full renovation, which included the exterior of the building and landscape surrounding the apartment complex. The units were upgraded to a modern luxury standard. The interior alterations consisted of stainless steel appliances, mosaic tiled backsplashes, white cabinetry, recessed lighting, and new vinyl plank flooring. The fresh, modern look was applied all throughout the units with contemporary bathroom vanities and fixtures.
