The 7-11 Irvine Project consisted of an interior and exterior renovation. New finishes were applied on the inside of the building, and the exterior was re-stucco’ d. A new roof was installed in conjunction with new signage, which still maintains the traditional 7-11 look. Level 3 Construction constructed an ADA compliance parking lot and new sidewalks to conclude the finish of the project.
