Level 3 Construction completed construction of Blend, a casual breakfast and lunch spot, at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa owned and operated by Pacific Hospitality Group. As one of the top boutique hotels in San Diego, the AAA Four-Diamond hotel now offers its guests a full service coffee bar experience adjacent to the registration desk. The exceptional architectural work by Kollin Altomare Architects helped an existing meeting room space be transformed with new custom finishes and furnishings that complement the hotel’s hacienda style. Blend offers outdoor/ indoor seating, beverages, food, wine by the glass and sundries.
