A historic landmark situated on the San Francisco Bay, Casa Madrona is a jewel to behold. After years of wear and tear being originally built in 1885 this property was in need of major rehabilitation. Level 3 Construction was challenged from the start in dealing with the property shortcomings and hillside location, Sausalito city regulators, and historic preservation committees. In the end complete foundation rehabilitation with new concrete pilings and steel beam was used to stabilize the infrastructure for the new Mansion and guestroom builds.
The Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa is poised on a lush hillside overlooking Richardson Bay. The property a boutique hotel on the waterfront in downtown Sausalito offers guests a one of a kind, picturesque Bay Area community north of San Francisco and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
In addition to infrastructure and landscape rehabilitation, Level 3 Construction upgraded guestroom and hillside cottage interior spaces from guestroom to bathroom.
In total 63 guest rooms, The Mansion renovations showcased both sophisticated cottage decor and contemporary design is under the domain of a historic look and feel.
