Holiday Inn Express – Burlingame

This one of a kind hotel property has extraordinary San Francisco Bay views, outstanding convenience to the City, and all the amenities of a full-service hotel known as the Holiday Inn Express in Burlingame. Guest improvement accommodations consisted of a combination 146 guestrooms and suites that were fully upgraded and turned over middle of 2014.

This was an extensive renovation with new, construction materials such as glass railings in the 3 story open space lobby entrance and Wedi Board as an efficient and modern substrate for waterproofing bath tile areas along with state of the art HVAC for each guestroom. Also bedding and furniture completed the final part of the renovation package. In addition to guestroom rooms renovation of all public space bathrooms, the lobby, and restaurant received a fresh new look that emphasizes the unique location for San Francisco business and leisure travelers.

Fire alarms were also retrofitted and upgraded to meet recent code changes.

Level 3 Construction completely reengineered the 3 story lobby with a dropped ceiling and recessed lighting to make a design statement as clients arrived that this property was a different kind of Holiday Inn Express.
