Level 3 Construction has completed numerous renovation projects on behalf of Excel Hotel Group. So, when it came time to convert this property to a Homewood Suites by Hilton extended-stay hotel, they chose us because of our expertise and ability to self-perform the scope of work within their timeframe and budget.

Over the course of the project, we made significant interior and exterior enhancements to elevate the hotel’s functionality and aesthetics. Notable exterior upgrades included replastering the pool and spa, pouring a new concrete deck, constructing a new BBQ area, and installing a sleek glass fence around the pool. The parking lot was also repaved and restriped, and landscaping improvements added curb appeal. Interior renovations brought fresh vitality to the property with a newly installed fireplace in the main lobby, relocated sprinkler heads for improved safety, elegant tile work at the guest reception and public restrooms, and updated carpeting, wall coverings, and paint throughout the public areas and guest rooms. New lighting packages and controls enhanced ambiance, ensuring a cohesive and inviting guest experience from arrival to departure.
