Iron Sights, Inc. is a welding and fabrication company in Oceanside, CA that Level 3 Construction has had the privilege of doing business with in recent and current projects. Iron Sights provides service for residential, commercial, and industrial construction and is continuously expanding its services in steel construction.
Level 3 Construction and Iron Sights were able to join forces on this project to produce a creative office space, alongside the warehouse, that exemplifies and enhances the company’s values. Level 3 Construction completely re-constructed the building with all new MEPs, drywall, paint, and concrete floors. Iron Sights fabricated the steel material that is prominent throughout the building. A new conference room, surrounded by glass enclosures, was also implemented into the design to further promote a creative, open office space for the employees.
