Located in Sacramento, CA, Level 3 Construction completed the renovation of the interior guestrooms at the La Quinta Rancho Cordova in 2017 and began the second phase of the exterior and public area renovation in 2018. The guestrooms were renovated with new tile, vinyl, carpet, and plumbing fixtures. The scope of work for the exterior includes the remodel of the port cochere and exterior façade, new paint, and a 400 square foot addition.
