La Quinta Inn & Suites – South San Francisco

Level 3 Construction’s work at the La Quinta Inn & Suites in South San Francisco encompassed both interior and exterior renovations. To start, our team removed the existing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) from all 172 guest rooms and then installed new owner-provided FF&E and carpet. We also provided and installed all new windows and completed stucco work.

Once the guest room renovations were complete, we moved on to the hotel’s public spaces and exterior. We installed tile and carpet throughout the lobby and plumbing fixtures and vanity counter tops in the public bathrooms. We also painted these public areas. To give the hotel’s exterior an updated look, we constructed a new porte-cochère and provided fresh landscaping to the property’s designated green spaces.
