Similar to the La Quinta Rancho Cordova project that Level 3 Construction completed, the La Quinta San Francisco project encompassed the renovation of all 172 guestrooms. The existing FF&E was removed and owner provided FF&E was installed along with new carpet. Level 3 Construction provided and installed all new windows and re-stucco’ d the building. The renovation of the exterior and public areas, completed after the guestroom renovation, involved the installation of tile and carpet throughout the lobby, plumbing fixtures and vanity counter tops in the public bathrooms, and interior painting. Level 3 Construction constructed a new porte cochere and new landscaping outside of the building to finish off the completion of the project.
