Level 3 Construction recently relocated its office from Carlsbad, CA to Vista, CA, in a newly designed and constructed office space. This self-performed project was the perfect opportunity for Level 3 to showcase its work and implement a creative space with play. All new MEP work and framing was completed to accompany new skylights and a roof. The finished office is composed of 8 office spaces, a conference room, and an open kitchen area. Each office space is separated with glass partitions.
