The Springs – Escondido

Level 3 Construction completed the interior and exterior renovation of the Springs of Escondido. Located in central Escondido, the Springs of Escondido offers senior living apartments in various sizes. Level 3 Construction was able to contribute to this community to better suit the living needs of its members and staff. All of the corridors were redone. New carpet, paint, and lighting were also applied to the public spaces, dining area, game room, and salon. The dining area received new bi fold doors, a raised ceiling, and vinyl plank flooring. The exterior now features an added gazebo, pond, and fire pit.
