ARCHITECT / DESIGNER: PROFESSIONAL DESIGN AND DRAFTING

LOCATION: LA JOLLA, CALIFORNIA

SQUARE FOOTAGE: 10,680

Level 3 Construction was awarded the renovation of the 1920’s former dance hall into a new urban hub with a restaurant, office-space, and a shared mezzanine common space.  The two-story, 10,680 square foot landmark was purchased by SBMI Group for $2.75 Million and an additional $1.25 Million was invested towards the renovation.

The finished product, “The Wall” now includes a creative office space with custom steel, a wood front awning, custom storefront windows and front entry system.  The fresh design also contains industrial and modern aesthetics, exposed ceilings, sandblasted brick walls, concrete countertops, glass office partitions, skylights, concrete finished floors and a green living wall.  Level 3 Construction also had the public parking space repaved.  The East wall of the building is reserved for the input of the community and will feature an artistic mural that reflects the culture of the neighborhood.
